Product use:
Rubber grade zinc oxide is used in the production of rubber products such as tires, bias tires, conveyor belts, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, rubber shoes, latex gloves and so on.
Product features and functions:
1, rubber zinc oxide activity, particle size uniformity, strong dispersion, has a good role in promoting vulcanization, improve the crosslinking density of vulcanized rubber, make vulcanization more thoroughly.
2, rubber zinc oxide can better improve the viscosity of rubber material, improve the adhesion of rubber and steel wire, curtain and other skeleton materials.
3, good dynamic mechanical properties, rubber products of small deformation, less heat, wear resistance, so that it has good aging resistance.
4, used for transparent or colored rubber products, with carbon black and other traditional active agent irreplaceable role.
5, used in rubber shoes, rain boots, rubber gloves and other labor protection products, can greatly prolong the service life of products, and can improve their appearance and color.
