Short Description:

SF-H560 It is an organosiloxane with an epoxy group and a hydrolyzable inorganic methoxy silyl difunctional group. This bifunctional structure gives SF-H560 special properties: it is able to bond inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metal, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermoplastics, thermosets or elastomers) together organics, thus acting as adhesion enhancers, crosslinkers and/or surface modifiers.

Application

It can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier and dispersant, mainly used to improve the binding force and compatibility of inorganic mineral powder materials and fibers to polymer (resin) and the adhesion force and water resistance of resin coating to inorganic substrate.

Typical applications include modification of engineering rubber and plastic materials, paint, coating, ink, casting resin, adhesive, sealant, glass fiber, abrasives, electronic packaging materials and other industries.

SF-H560 is an excellent adhesive promoter, suitable for resin including epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyester resin, polysulfide rubber, polyamide, acrylic resin, PBT, polyurethane, etc.
